We made the right choice in selecting Golden Touch Transportation to take our wedding guests between Queens and Manhattan so we could attend a Broadway show as a group on the evening of our daughter’s wedding. The 36-passenger coach bus showed up right on time at both locations, and transported us all safely so we could enjoy this last event of the wedding day. Everything was provided as promised, and I appreciated that the quoted price included the taxes, tolls and gratuity for the drivers. I want to say a special thank you to Maureen King for calling me personally when I had concerns about scheduling due to the fact that we had no flexibility in timing. She calmed my anxieties, answered all my questions, and delivered what she had promised.

Many thanks to Golden Touch and Anthony #1403. I was in Manhattan as the Feb 9 blizzard started. Anthony was very helpful and helped a desperate pilot find his way to JFK for an escape from New York. I have sent a note to our transportation rep at our pilot's union, ALPA, regarding this positive experience. Also, have been using the UTS app and find it very useful for crew pickup.

I imagine the majority of the emails you address are customer changes, questions about pick up/drop off times, etc., etc., Tonight I wanted to let you know the two gentlemen who managed our hectic schedule this evening were on time, courteous, professional and we appreciated their ability to help maneuver through traffic on our store visits and keep us on schedule. My wife and I would like to pass on our sincere thanks for returning our rucksack to us that we left in one of your cars at JFK on the 3rd September (confirmation number 4260803062). Cannot thank your employees enough for first of all after a mix up re pick up times (not your fault) getting us to JFK in time for our flight and then when we discovered that we had left the bag confirming with us that the driver had our rucksack and then arranging to have it FedEx back to us in the UK. We enjoyed our journeys to and from the airport in your cars - your drivers were very courteous and helpful please pass our thanks on - appreciated!!! Next time we are coming to New York will be sure to book yourselves and will recommend to friends/family. Will also add a review on your Facebook page.

Once gain The Golden Touch Coaches provided the transport for the officers and staff taking part to and from JFK Airport as well as transportation to and from the Plane Pull fundraiser, also at JFK.  I had FA Hambas come to see me a few minutes ago to tell me about Henry your driver here today on the Lot 12 bus. He is aware of his surroundings and looks out for our crews. Our FA was frantically looking outside of the window to make sure her lights were off. Without her asking, he said “Don’t worry they’re off.” He showed great customer service skills and care for our FA’s getting to the terminal on time.

To sum it up quickly: The service was awesome. We had you for the airport transfer, and tried two different bus companies for domestic travel. You were the only bus charter with a driver arriving on time. The others had a delay for about 30-45 minutes. This is awesome, and I want to thank you again. The luggage fit perfect, and both drivers were friendly and very professional. This is a A+ rating from our side. At this point I want to ask: Do you provide service for domestic travels as well? We went from NYC to Philadelphia, to Washington and back to NYC. As we will offer a group travel in the next year again, we would love to come back to you for your service.

Hi Anthony!

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner...we didn't end up needing a vehicle on Saturday but Friday and Sunday were AMAZING!! Ali and Carlos were so awesome and patient! Please give them the kudos they so deserve and making this experience so wonderful for my cousin and all the others! Thank you personally for being so understanding and patient with me. I know it would be very easy to treat this like just a job and provide transportation but you relieved my stresses and employ drivers with kind and patient dispositions. Reading reviews while searching for a company to use was scary as the transportation/condition of the vehicle/driver could make or break a good time!! You and the team definitely fulfilled everything I hoped this weekend would be...and the bride-to-be was ecstatic! If I ever need or know someone that needs car service in NYC be assured I will recommend you all with rave reviews!! Here's a pic of 14 of the 17! :)

I just wanted you to know that for the first 2 days you had a driver by the name of Judy (sorry I don't recall her last name) that provided excellent customer service. She was prompt and attentive, she had a very good knowledge of the city. Dear Sir,

I am a Delta crewmember. I flew into JFK on December 26, the day of the blizzard. Our hotel was unable to provide transportation for my crew of 13, so we contacted Golden Touch. Despite the conditions your staff rose to the task. Even though the roads were nearly impassable, your driver was able to get us safely to our hotel. I want to thank you for your service.

In addition, I want to add a special thank you to the driver that actually drove us that night. I wish I had his name, but I do believe he was of Eastern European descent. He picked us up around 3:30 AM December 27 in a full sized bus. Perhaps this information will be enough to identify this outstanding individual.

Your driver did an outstanding job in very difficult conditions. Not only was he safe, he took control of every situation that he came across that morning. At one point in the trip, we came upon a jam of vehicles stuck and struggling in the very deep snow. Your driver got out of the bus and took charge of the situation. He began to direct the other drivers stuck in the snow. He enlisted the help of others that night to help push the vehicles clear of the snow. Finally, after clearing the jam of several cars and trucks, he continued to our hotel with skill and cunning. He truly was a hero that night.

Please pass along to this driver my appreciation for his dedication. Few individuals exhibit such a work ethic. More importantly please pass along to your management, that this Delta pilot and his crew were truly impressed with this individual's outstanding service.
